CO.S.M.I.C. is a transnational project funded under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union which aims to provide social and health care professionals and other stakeholders with competences and tools to better support informal carers with migrant backgrounds.
This training course will take you through three training modules:
1. Informal carers with migrant backgrounds: who they are and which specific challenges they face;At the end of the training, if you will have completed all the units and passed the assessment tests, you will be able to download an attendance certificate.
